To ensure high silence efficiency of your interested gene, we offer human U6 promoter driven shRNA in the LTR region for double cassette insertion. We have been able to successfully demonstrate the validity of our technology by targeting many endogenous cellular genes and observed phenotype change. We’ll use our computer software to design your shRNA, perform vector construction and virus packaging with titers around 10⁶ IFU/mL in 2.5 mL of two independent clones (total 5 mL). Turnaround time is 4 weeks. To meet your specific needs, you can choose constitutive or inducible/reversible, with blastcidin or GFP as selection markers. Already packed control lentivirus with scrambled shRNA is available. Lentivirus infection protocol with control lentivirus (for GFP expression and GFP silence) are provided free for infection optimization. Concentrated lentivirus can also be prepared for in vivo application or for infection of difficult infected cells.
