Usually we’ll need you to provide your cDNA and sequence information. We can also clone the cDNA at your request. We’ll perform vector construction and virus packaging with titers around 10⁶ IFU/mL in total 5 mL. Turnaround time is 5 weeks. To meet your specific needs, you can choose constitutive (several promoters) or inducible/reversible, with blastcidin, GFP or puromycin as selection markers. Already packed control lentivirus with GFP is available. Lentivirus infection protocol with control lentivirus (for GFP expression) are provided free for infection optimization. Concentrated lentivirus can also be prepared for in vivo application or for infection of difficult infected cells. If you have your own lenti- or retroviral vectors, we can pack the virus for you too. Additional request such as adding tags or point mutation can also be accommodated.
